With another fantastic year in the books, we're thrilled to reflect on 2024—a year of growth and innovation. From enhancing the Andgo product to deepening partner integrations, we've built exciting forward momentum for 2025.
We’ve learned much from our partners and found new ways to empower hospitals with smart, intuitive workforce management solutions. These insights have fueled our innovation, driving meaningful advancements that address the unique challenges our customers face and set the stage for continued success in 2025.
Our Year in Review
This year has been transformative for Andgo. We’ve experienced remarkable growth across the board, from expanding our customer base in Canada and the United States to launching impactful product innovations. Here were some of our key achievements last year:

Company Expansion & Growth
In 2024, we strengthened our team with new talent across various departments and opened offices in Boston and Toronto. With 96% of employees rating Andgo as a great place to work, we earned recognition on the Great Places to Work Canada list, reflecting our commitment to a positive, inclusive culture.
Product & Customer Experience
Andgo prioritized meeting customers where they are by expanding support for decentralized end users, ensuring notifications reached leaders and nurses, whether at the bedside or at their desks. This flexibility is a game-changer for nurse managers, and team leads on the floor, as it allows real-time communication and supports decentralized staffing models.
Our commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs has fueled our growth, leading to multiple new partnerships and expansions in 2024. Notable partnerships include AdventHealth and Fairview in the U.S., along with Lakeridge in Canada.
Technology
Our technology team reached key milestones, strengthening our foundation for the future. One of the standout advancements was expanding our integration capabilities with UKG ProWFM, which improved workflows and delivered a smoother go-live experience for our customers.
Our team continuously improves the performance of our software, ensuring that customers can continue to depend on Andgo. With more frequent releases, we were able to iterate on customer feedback more efficiently.
We also successfully migrated all customers to faster, more cost-effective, and reliable infrastructure with minimal downtime, unlocking exciting technological possibilities for 2025.
Company Trajectory
From a company-wide perspective, one of our key achievements was enhancing partner integrations to deliver more seamless customer solutions. This has enabled our customers to achieve transformative outcomes, such as reducing reliance on external agency labor by 40% for one of our biggest customers.
Another pivotal moment was the launch of Andgo Community and Andgo Research Labs. These groups created a space for customers to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on common challenges. The value of these peer-to-peer interactions has been immense, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration among hospitals navigating similar staffing complexities.

We’re also excited about the upcoming launch of our new data module, which was developed with early-access partners. This module provides actionable insights and visibility into staffing operations. With customers already praising its intuitive design and transformative impact, we’re confident it will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of hospital operations.

In 2025, the customer experience team is dedicated to making Andgo easier to implement, ensuring new customers can quickly unlock the value of our solutions. Guided by our partner-first mentality, we remain focused on delivering innovative tools that help our customers succeed while building lasting relationships.
Technology
We’re focused on deepening our investment in partner integrations and empowering customers with advanced data analytics to understand their staffing workflows better.
Above all, we’re excited to iterate closely with our customers, enabling faster onboarding, more flexible workflows, and improved staffing outcomes in the hospitals that need it most.
Emerging Trends
We’ll continue building on the momentum we created in 2024, focusing on workforce management trends. Staffing level normalization is helping hospitals move beyond survival mode, enabling them to be more strategic in leveraging existing nurses and reducing reliance on costly external resources.
Manager enablement will also take center stage as hospitals recognize managers' pivotal role in strategy execution and team morale. And, of course, AI remains an exciting frontier. While still in its early stages, AI promises to improve employee work-life balance, and Andgo is positioned as a key enabler in this digital transformation.
